Abstract Submission Guidelines

Submission Guidelines & Instructions

  1. Abstracts must be original and should not have been published previously.
  2. The presenting author must be a registered delegate.
  3. Abstracts may be submitted under the following categories:
    • Clinical Research
    • Cardiac Imaging
    • Interventional Cardiology
    • Electrophysiology
    • Heart Failure
    • Pediatric Cardiology
    • Cardiac Surgery
    • Preventive Cardiology
  4. The abstract should not exceed 300 words (excluding title and author details).
  5. Original research abstracts should be structured as: Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
  6. Case reports will be considered for Poster Presentation only and should be structured as: Introduction, Case Summary, Discussion, and Conclusion.
  7. Do not include tables, figures, graphs, references, or images.
  8. The Scientific Committee will review all submissions and decide the mode of presentation. Case reports will be accepted only as posters.
  9. The decision of the Scientific Committee shall be final.
  10. Submission of an abstract implies that all authors have approved its contents.
